Video - Using Automator in OSX to Set your Podcast's Tags using iTunes
I demonstrate one way I have used to reduce my work load. I use an Automator to set all the show tags, convert to MP3 then I just have to manually add the album art in iTunes. From there you can copy the file and upload it for your podcast distribution using your normal process.
